Please be advised that prior to showing a Purchaser/Buyer a property:
(1) We do require identification from a prospective Purchaser/Buyer.
(2) We do require a Purchaser/Buyer to sign an Exclusive Brokerage Agreement.
(3) We do require a pre-approval letter for a mortgage loan in order to show a Purchaser/Buyer properties.
