2. What type of service does a Flat Fee MLS Service Offer? This is a limited listing service. We enter your listing into the MLS so that your listing gets maximum exposure to Buyers/Renters and their agents. All interest for your listing is sent to you directly so you can arrange appointments. You save money by not paying a Seller’s/Landlord’s Agent a commission.
3. Can anyone use Rose Management Services, LLC? Yes, as long as the person is the legal owner of the listing. In the case of an Estate the appointed Executor/Executrix/ Administrator/Administrix of the listing can use Rose Management Services, LLC service once they have sent us documents of their appointment by the Surrogates Court.
4. How is Rose Management Services, LLC different from traditional brokers and For Sale By Owner websites? A Flat Fee MLS listing service is a highly effective option for sellers/landlords who are self-starters, proactive and ready, willing and able to invest time in the sale/rental process. A Flat Fee MLS service offers a seller/landlord the same level of exposure to buyers/tenants as they would via a traditional full commission listing by having their property advertised in the MLS Broker Database. StreetEasy, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and many other major real estate websites all at once.
We are different from other flat fee MLS listing service because we do more for the money. Other flat fee MLS Services only enter your listing into the MLS and sends you the messages from agents that reply.

The above feed your listing to all the NYC/Hudson Valley (OneKey MLS only brokers) broker databases. Also we will put your listing on our website, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram pages.
6. If I sell with Rose Management Services, LLC will other brokers show my property? We are committed to offering our clients full access to the entire pool of buyers. As long as you are offering a commission to the Buyers Agent. Buyers Agents will show your listing. Your listing will appear in the local MLS database, where all brokers search for properties. We are a licensed New York real estate brokerage. Buyers agents receive full commissions where applicable and regularly bring clients to Rose Management Services, LLC listings. We continue to maintain strong relationships with other brokerages, ensuring that our sellers listings get full exposure to the marketplace.
7. How much commission should I offer Brokers? Sellers set their own commission. If you wish to be competitive with other listings we recommend 2%‑3% for a sale. Tenant’s Agents are paid by the Tenant not the Landlord.

9. I feel that your prices are too expensive. We believe that we offer the best value for your listing. Typical flat fee MLS listing service only enters your listing into the MLS and sends you the messages from agents that reply. We enter your listing into the MLS, create a custom Show Sheet for your property, help you with giving access to agents and their clients and send you all messages from agents that reply. Landlords remember that most Tenant agents screen their clients to make sure that they qualify for the apartment that they are taking them to see. You are saving money and time by not dealing with an unqualified tenant. Sellers please remember that a Buyers agent screens their clients to make sure that they are financially qualified prior to taking them out to view homes for sale. A Seller’s agent would charge you a commission of 4-6% of the purchase price. By only paying a commission to the Buyers agent you are saving money.
10. Will my listing be in the MLS? There is no primary MLS service in New York City. Your listing will be sent to the Top Brokerages in NYC and listed on Streeteasy. The primary MLS service for Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Nassau and Suffolk Counties is OneKey MLS. Depending on where your property is located Rose Management Services, LLC puts all of our listings into one of these databases. The MLS then pushes their listings into other Real Estate broker databases such as RealPlus, OLR, RealtyMX, Realtor, Zillow, Trulia and others so every brokerage has access to them. Our partner brokers will make reasonable best efforts to market your property through the Top Brokerages in NYC as well as third party websites such as StreetEasy, Zillow and Trulia. You understand and agree that we do not have control over third party websites and that syndication errors and issues may occur. We will make best efforts to promptly correct any syndication issues or errors that may occur, but you agree and understand that neither Rose Management Services LLC nor our partner brokers directly control content, including your listing, on third party websites and are therefore not liable for any errors or omissions.
11. Can I list my home with Rose Management Services, LLC but use my own contact information? NO. Because Rose Management Services, LLC is the Broker of record for all of our listings, we must have a Rose Management Services, LLC agent as the contact person on your listing. However, we will copy you on all communications we receive and respond to from your listing.
12. I’m skeptical. Does Rose Management Services, LLC really work? YES! Search and check out our Listings page. Click on Sold/Rented to see apartments we have Sold/Rented. Our service is highly effective and our clients are a happy bunch. We have a lot of repeat clients.
13. If I sign up with Rose Management Services, LLC can I cancel at any time? You can cancel at any time, but because we buy the advertising for your listing in advance, there is no refund. If you decide you no longer want to lease/sell your property, or you don’t want to use Rose Management Services, LLC anymore, please contact us asap. We will respond to your request within three business days. We will notify the MLS and pull your listing.
14. Does Rose Management Services, LLC take a commission on sales? Rose Management Services, LLC does not take a commission on our Flat Fee MLS service. All you pay is the fee posted on our pricing page to list your property in the MLS. If you wish to let Rose Management Services, LLC handle the entire process, Rose Management Services, LLC will work with you on a commission percentage that works for you.
15. Can I use Rose Management Services, LLC to buy a place? Yes. Buyers choosing to work with Rose Management Services, LLC will receive the support of our licensed agents for everything from setting appointments through making closing arrangements and putting together a board package.
16. Do I need to work with Rose Management Services, LLC exclusively? Yes, if you are a Seller/Landlord we require that all listings in our broker database be exclusive listings. That said, every listing is also required to be co‑broked, so every broker can show your listing.
17. Can I sell or rent more than one property at a time on Rose Management Services, LLC? Absolutely. There is no limit to the number of properties a Seller/Landlord can list. As long as you pay the flat fee mls fee for each listing and sign a listing agreement.
18. I’m a Real Estate Agent. Am I going to get a commission if I bring a Buyer to a Rose Management Services, LLC property? At Rose Management Services, LLC we are committed to providing the broadest possible network of buyers to our clients listings. That means we take our relationships with other New York brokerages very seriously. We are a licensed New York real estate brokerage. We are committed to co‑broking all of our exclusive listings, and paying full commissions to buyers agents where applicable.
