How it Works

Please note the above and below are a general outline of the process. Depending on the listing, some things may vary.

  1. Seller/Landlord chooses and pay for the Plan that they want via the Rose website.
  2. Upon confirmation of payment, a Rose Management Services, LLC agent will reach out to the Seller/Landlord to discuss the listing.
  3. Seller/Landlord will complete and submit the online Sales/Rental Listing Form.
  4. The agent shall e-mail to the Seller/Landlord all documents and NYS disclosures that are required to be completed and signed by Seller/Landlord. All documents and disclosures must be completed and signed. No exceptions.
  5. Seller/Landlord must advise agent of the percentage of commission to the Buyers/Tenants Agent (if applicable).
  6. Agent will request that Seller/Landlord take pictures of the listing. Please note that the MLS requires that a clear picture of the front of the listing is taken and displayed in the listing.
  7. Agent will ask Seller/Landlord to advise how the listing shall be shown. By appointment, lockbox etc..
  8. Upon receipt of the pictures, completed and signed documents. The Rose Agent shall prepare the custom show sheet for the listing.
  9. The Rose Agent shall enter the listing into the MLS.
  10. Web links shall be sent to the Seller/Landlord to confirm that the listing has been posted and it’s live.
  11. All showing requests for the listing shall be sent directly to the Seller/Landlord.
